The Fertility Law Group is deeply concerned to announce our recent discovery of serious allegations against Aspire Houston Fertility Institute. We have been informed that dozens of patients’ embryos, created between February and April of 2024, were negligently destroyed due to faulty or contaminated media used in the embryo culture process. Some or all of these problems may have originated at Aspire’s Piney Point facility.
This devastating incident has left many families heartbroken, with some patients even undergoing the implantation of non-viable embryos. The emotional toll and irreversible loss suffered by these families cannot be understated. Fertility Law Group is committed to protecting the rights of victims of fertility clinic misconduct and ensuring that those responsible are held accountable.
“We are outraged by the reports coming from Aspire Houston Fertility Institute,” said Rob Marcereau, Managing Partner of Fertility Law Group. “The loss of embryos represents a significant and deeply personal loss for the affected families. Our firm is actively speaking with several of these families to help them understand their legal rights and pursue justice for this tragic situation.”
